COVID-19 STATEMENT

We would like to send our best wishes to those that are suffering as a result of this unprecedented event and express our support and admiration for all NHS staff in these extraordinary times. We are a family-owned business and take our responsibilities towards the health and wellbeing of our colleagues, our customers and our wider community very seriously. It's clear that the ramifications from the global pandemic could be severe and long-lasting.

Update 01/07/2020 10:10 :
We are pleased to say that our opening times have now returned to (pre-lockdown) normal, with the exception of our Vehicle Hire Department, see our updated Opening Times by clicking the link above.

Update 26/05/2020 09:40 :
Following the latest UK Government announcement, we are re-opening our showroom from Monday 1st June for new and used vehicle sales.

Update 22/04/2020 12:55 :
Owing to customer requests for assistance and the resumption of vehicle and parts deliveries, we are re-opening our workshops from Monday 4th May from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (we will remain closed at weekends at this time). We shall have a limited number of staff to assist customers by carrying out repairs, servicing, MOT's and tyre fitting.
If you require work to be carried out on your vehicle please call our service team on 01594 833517 (option 1) from Monday 4th May.
Please note that the temporary Vehicle Hire opening times remain unchanged at this time and that, under UK Government directives, our vehicle showroom remains closed until further notice.

Update 08/04/2020 14:10 :
Easter weekend opening: Vehicle Hire will be open 09:30-16:00 on Good Friday and closed on Bank Holiday Monday.

Update 26/03/2020 15:21 :
It is with immense regret that we are closing the majority of our operations from Friday 27th March 2020 at 16:00 until further notice.
Only our Self-Drive Vehicle Hire facility remains in operation at this time, albeit with reduced opening hours, and we shall endeavour to keep it in operation for as long as we possibly can while ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of our colleagues at all times.
Owing to extreme staff shortages and cessation of all vehicle and parts deliveries, we are unable to continue to offer vehicle sales, parts, service, MOT and repair facilities to our customers until Government directives regarding self-isolation and essential-only movements are relaxed. As ever, any and all updates to our situation will be posted here in the first instance.
We can only apologise for any inconvenience caused to our customers and ask for your understanding at this unprecedented time.

Update 25/03/2020 10:22 :
To limit exposure to infection we must ask that any customer paying for goods and services do so by card only and vehicle payments by card or bank transfer.
We would also like to reiterate that all visitors to our premesis must observe and respect the guidelines on Social Distancing and maintain a minimum two metre space from our collegues and other customers at all times.

Update 24/03/2020 11:02 :
Following the latest directives from our Government we have taken the difficult decision to temporarily close our showrooms and retain a smaller technical support team in our vehicle workshops, with the necessary distancing measures in place.
However we will be closing our business entirely at weekends until further notice. Normal non-Vehicle Sales Departments opening hours remain in place Monday to Friday at this time.
While we are closing our showroom and forecourt for browsing our vehicles, test drives, etc. we are still here if you need us online or over the phone. So whether you have an MOT or service booked with us, have placed an order and are awaiting delivery of a new vehicle, or if you have an enquiry on a vehicle in our stock we will do whatever possible to support you and keep you informed every step of the way.
Our top priority is everyone’s safety both on and off the road. With this in mind, we shall endeavor to prioritise NHS Staff and other 'essential workers' (as defined by the UK Government), safety- related issues and technical faults; any routine appointments will be reviewed and we may contact you if you have an existing appointment to reschedule it at a later date. In the meantime, our Service Advisors are still available to take your calls and offer advice where appropriate.
We must ask that if you do visit our premises for any reason that you at all times comply with social distancing measures laid out by the UK Government.

Please visit the UK Government's dedicated Coronavirus website and the NHS 111 website for all the latest information.

We continue to monitor the situation as it develops and will take further measures as and when required but aim to maintain as many of our facilities for as long as possible. Any and all updates to our situation during this pandemic will be posted on this website in the first instance.
